Everything you wanted to ask, answered.

What happens at a free orientation visit?

One of the owners walks you through the centre, room by room. You'll meet our educators, see the nature gardens and play spaces, and get to ask anything you want — about routines, settling in, food, fees. It usually takes about 20 minutes. There's no pressure or paperwork.

What ages do you take?

6 weeks through 5 years. We have dedicated nursery, toddler, and kindergarten programs — each with low ratios and experienced educators familiar with that stage of development.

How much does it cost? Does the Child Care Subsidy apply?

We're CCS approved, so the federal Child Care Subsidy applies — most families pay significantly less than the sticker fee. Your exact rate depends on family income and activity level. We'll walk you through your specific situation during your visit.

What about meals — what does my child eat?

Our on-site chef prepares fresh breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack daily — included in fees. Menus rotate every four weeks. Allergies, dietary needs and cultural preferences are all catered for. You'll see exactly what your child ate, when, in your daily Earlyworks update.

What are your hours?

We're open Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:00pm — designed around early starts and late pickups for working parents.

How does drop-off and settling in work?

Every family gets a personalised settling-in plan — usually two short visits before their first full day, so your child can meet their educator and explore the room without pressure. We'll send photos and updates throughout the day so you know how they're going.
